Step 1 - Choosing the Image

The first stage is choosing the image that resonates with you. First off, have a look at the image portfolio. Don't worry if you see something you like but it is the wrong shape. Often we can crop in to get the exact size and shape you want.

Sizing - We can mock up the piece in your space so you can visualize

Send us a picture of your desired space together with some dimensions and we can mock up the piece in place at various sizing and framing options so you can be sure the final product works perfectly and fits in well with your decor.

Pricing

Most of the pieces are priced by their size and framing / mounting options. We use a method known as face mounting which represents the very best way you can achieve the three dimensional glowing look that these pieces exude. We are also able to offer other more budget friendly options such as printing direct to a metal sheet which almost achieves the same look albeit with a slight loss in definition, however, it is significantly less expensive. We can also offer print only options so that you can have the piece framed by your own framer. In most cases, we can come up with something to suit your budget.

Installation

We work very closely with John at 2G Art Services who undertakes all of our customer's installations. Depending on your location and size of piece, installation starts from as little as $150.00 and sometimes we'll throw it in for free :-)

Returns / Refunds

As each piece of art we produce is completely custom we are unable to accept returns after the product has been delivered. If you are able to cancel the order before production has started then we will be able to issue a full refund. Generally production starts within about 2 business days from placement of order. If the product received is defective or damaged we will of course arrange for a new piece to be sent out.
