'Globe Life' - Dallas - Texas - USA
The Globe Life Park in Arlington was a baseball stadium located in Arlington, Texas. It was originally known as The Ballpark in Arlington, and later as Ameriquest Field in Arlington, and Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. It was the home stadium of the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1994 to 2019. The stadium was designed to resemble a traditional old-time ballpark, with red brick and green metalwork, and it was built as a replacement for the team's previous home, Arlington Stadium.
The stadium had a capacity of 48,114 seats and it featured a natural grass playing field, as well as a number of amenities for fans, including luxury suites, club seats, and a variety of food and beverage options. Additionally, the stadium featured a number of interactive experiences, such as a baseball-themed playground and a Hall of Fame exhibit that showcased the history of the Texas Rangers.
Despite its age, the Globe Life Park in Arlington was still considered a great stadium, but was replaced by the new Globe Life Field in 2020, the new stadium offers fans a more modern and advanced game-day experience.
