'A Touch of Frost BW' - Austin - Texas - USA
A black and white version of the Crown of the Frost Bank Tower which some say resembles a bat when viewed from certain angles. This is an iconic building that dominates the Austin skyline and was designed by HKS Architects. It stands 515 feet tall. It is a prominent feature of the Austin skyline and is photographed here from the roof of the Omni Hotel using a 300mm lens and captured as many tiled images that were later stitched together to create this wonderful large format image. The ultra high resolution of this image allows printing at very large sizes that when back mounted to acrylic create an immersive experience that retains all detail and clarity.
